The Yoga of Emotional Process

These sessions will create a supportive group process to practice yoga together as a way to touch self-knowing, to release core patterns of physical and emotional holding, and to move toward experiencing deep inner peace. This process is set in motion by our collective actions of witnessing and moving, listening and expressing, giving and receiving, processing and integrating. We will take the time to find the nooks and crannies that are essential to explore for realizing growth and change, gaining insight, and contacting the roots of your wisdom.
In the beginning of each session we will have time for sharing what feels potent in our lives right now. In the middle phase we will spend time with yoga practices including; asana sequences, partner-work, breathing practices, chakra explorations, and meditation. There will be time spent both in movement and in stillness. You will have ample opportunity for individual exploration as well as time with partners or in small groups. In the closing phase, the group will gather together to harvest and share our experiences.
