Through the structure offered by yoga and the language of the body in motion, I offer you guidance and tools to help you develop a practice that brings clarity, integration and balance into your life.
I offer sessions that invite you to uncover your inner resources. Sessions help you to learn how to "lean in" and be reflective in your yoga practice so you can work with whatever is arising in the moment as a pathway to discover that wise part of you that knows what is true, esential and important for you.
I teach you how to steady your mind and ground yourself in your body in order to find ease, support and renewal.
