APPROACH


Throughout the session I will pay close attention to your experience. I may guide you through visualizations, touch, breathing practices, basic neurological movement patterns and reflexes, or tuning. My facilitation draws from my years of experience observing how mind and movement reverberates through the body.

Each session unfolds organically and is a co-created experience based on what feels relevant to you. A session will follow your needs and respect where you are. The initiatory spark that brings a session into focus is often simple and spontaneous.

A session proceeds by continually following whatever is arising in the moment. I support mindfulness and expression. I invite self witnessing and reflection.

~All movements I suggest are to suit your body, using props and creativity to assist you safely and with ease into movements. Come comfortably dressed to be ready to move.
